At this meeting, participants will hear from speakers on family caregiver support and then be assigned into groups to discuss how the State can further support family caregivers.

Application Letters of Inquiry may be submitted through May 9^th.

Proposals are due Wed., April 17^th.

Action Community will begin on Mon., April 1^st.

Available at selected sites around the state, the "New York State Caregiver Guide" provides informal caregivers with information about communicating with health care providers, legal and financial planning, and building a caregiving team.

Document now includes housing and CCRC options.

Nine finalists, including LeadingAge NY members ArchCare and VillageCare, represent community-based organizations, health care providers, and technology companies.

Webinars will be held throughout the month of June.
