LeadingAge New York Focuses on CCRCs in Regulatory Reform Testimony

Senior services providers across our LeadingAge New York membership face challenges in terms of the need for regulatory reform.  At a recent Senate Majority Coalition Legislative Forum on Regulatory Reform, LeadingAge New York President/CEO James W. Clyne Jr. offered testimony focused on some of the unnecessary regulatory burdens placed on Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs).  While the testimony was centered on CCRCs, the message was clear that New York’s senior services providers are seeking much needed and long overdue regulatory reform.
