DOH Appoints CCRC Coordinator

The Department of Health (DOH) has appointed a new Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) coordinator. On behalf of LeadingAge New York and its CCRC members, we welcome William Walbesser to his new position. Mr. Walbasser will be reporting to Michael Heeran, director of nursing home licensure and certification. Mr. Walbesser will begin Thurs., Oct. 10 and demonstrates DOH’s commitment to better serve the needs of New York’s CCRCs.

We look forward to continuing the strong working relationship between DOH and LeadingAge New York to support the mission of CCRC members.
