DOH Issues DAL to Remind of Transitional Adult Home Requirements

The Department of Health (DOH) issued this Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) on Dec. 15, 2022 to remind Transitional Adult Homes (TAHs) of their regulatory requirements. There is a concern that TAHs may be violating these requirements. While there is currently a lawsuit regarding these regulations, the Department states that the regulations are currently in effect.
