LeadingAge NY Provides Comments on Proposed ACF Regulation Changes

As we had reported previously, the Department of Health (DOH) recently issued proposed changes to adult care facility (ACF) regulations. Most of the changes were proposed to comport with the federal Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Settings Rule.

LeadingAge NY analyzed the proposed amendments and provided these comments to the Department, based on member input. We will continue to work on these issues as these changes are implemented and will alert members when final regulations are available.
