LeadingAge NY Updates Managed Care Summary Chart

LeadingAge NY has updated its chart summarizing the state’s plans for transitioning the long term care population into Medicaid managed care plans and the Fully Integrated Duals Advantage (FIDA) demonstration. The April 22, 2014 edition of the chart reflects initiation of mandatory managed long term care enrollment activities in Columbia, Putnam, Sullivan and Ulster Counties for Medicaid recipients needing 120 days or more of home and community based-services. All dates are subject to change depending on various factors including the status of needed federal approvals, managed care plan readiness and provider network adequacy.
