Success! ACF/AL Legislative Priority Signed into Law

LeadingAge New York is very pleased at all of the progress we have made, in collaboration with the Department of Health and other stakeholders over the past few months, in significantly streamlining the application process for all categories of adult care facility and assisted living licensure.  This week, Governor Cuomo signed into law A.7835-A (Gottfried)-S.5628-A (Hannon), which will create additional efficiencies and streamlined processes. LeadingAge New York looks forward to the continued collaboration with DOH to help expedite existing and future applications.
