Summary of Key Deadlines and Opportunities for ACF and Assisted Living Members

There are a lot of things happening for Adult Care Facility (ACF) and assisted living members, so below is a summary of reminders of opportunities and deadlines, some of which are for this week.

ACF Quarterly Statistical Report: Reports are due Oct. 31. Click here for more information.
Assisted Living Program (ALP) Fall Summit: This is the last chance to register for the Oct. 30 educational program in Latham, NY. Click here for more information and registration.
EQUAL applications: Applications for EQUAL funding are due on Nov. 7; click here for more information.
DSRIP Dialogue: A members-only audio conference for those that plan to be engaged in the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program. Click here for more information and registration.
