SSI Recipients in ACFs Will See an Increase in their Benefit

DOH has issued a Dear Administrator letter announcing a 1.5 perecent increase in the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Congregate Care Level 3 rate, effective 2014.  Adult care facilities that serve SSI recipients should review the DAL carefully to ensure proper notice is given to residents.  Click here to view the DAL.
