Reminder: ACF 2014 Financial Report Due Dec. 11th
The 2014 adult care facility (ACF) annual financial reports are now available on the Health Commerce System (HCS). The deadline for ACFs using a calendar year as their fiscal year is Dec. 11, 2015. The submission deadline for facilities using other than a calendar year period are required to file their report by the 15th day of the sixth calendar month following the close of their fiscal year.
It is important to note that there is a session time limit on the HCS for data entry for the report. DOH recommends that you save the form periodically while entering data to avoid losing any work.
The Financial Data Reporter and Financial Submitter are the only roles in the Communications Directory that have access to enter financial data; and only the Financial Submitter is permitted to submit the report. If you would like to change or add staff to these designations, have your HCS Coordinator add this contact information and HCS account ID to the Communications Directory.
