ABSTRACT: Letter provides clarifications regarding pharmacy and co-payment issues.
DOH has posted a Dear Administrator letter (DAL) on the Health Provider Network (HPN) to provide clarification on what is acceptable in terms of pharmacy co-payments and pharmacies soliciting business in facilities. This DAL is provided as an attachment, for your convenience. The letter refers to previous DALs, which can be accessed below.
