OTDA Issues New Regulations Regarding State Supplement Program

The Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) has issued new regulations regarding the State Supplement Program (SSP). They may impact Department of Health (DOH)-licensed adult care facilities (ACFs). The text of the regulations is available here. Questions about the regulations may be referred to OTDA at otda.sm.ssp@otda.ny.gov. While the regulation changes are largely technical in nature, there are some aspects of the regulations that LeadingAge NY is analyzing currently to determine potential impact on members. We will provide more information to members at the conclusion of that analysis.
