Information About New Quarterly Statistical Report Issued

DOH has posted a Dear Administrator letter (DAL) on the HCS explaining the new quarterly reporting requirements for all Adult Care Facilities (ACFs). The DAL explains the new process and references attachments which at the time of this writing were not yet posted on the HCS. Click here to view the DAL.

The new report is due on Aug. 1, and must be submitted via the HCS. Please review the DAL carefully and the attachments once available, ensuring you are completing them correctly.
