EQUAL Funding Revised Intent to Award Letters Issued to ACFs

(Dec. 10, 2024) For those adult care facility (ACF)/assisted living (AL) providers that are eligible for Enhancing the Quality of Adult Living (EQUAL) Program funding, the Department of Health (DOH) reports that all revised Intent to Award letters have been issued via email. These letters, dated Dec. 3, 2024, supersede all previous correspondence. It is important to note that an Intent to Award letter does not guarantee funding. All proposed spending plans must be submitted by Jan. 10, 2025.
