Don't Miss This Great ACF/Assisted Living Training - Beginning This Week!
The Role of the Nurse, Social Worker, and/or Case Manager in Adult Care/Assisted Living comprehensive full-day program begins this week! LeadingAge NY is proud to partner with consultants Frank Rose and Kathy Sindoni to provide these intensive trainings. Rose and Sindoni are both experts with a wealth of experience in the field, well prepared to provide vital, detailed information regarding key case management and operational issues for all categories of licensure under the adult care facility (ACF) and assisted living (AL) umbrella. This training is highly recommended for case managers but is also relevant for other positions within these settings. ACF/AL Administrators will benefit from the training, as will those involved in quality assurance. The training is exceptionally helpful to those new to ACF/AL regulations in New York but will serve as a great refresher for seasoned staff.
The first training is happening today, Jan. 14th, downstate—but don’t worry, there are three more scheduled:
- Capital Region: Jan. 16th at the Krause Center at The Eddy in Troy
- Central Region: Jan. 21st at McHarrie Pointe in Baldwinsville
- Western Region: Jan. 22nd at Brickstone by St. John’s in Rochester
This training is open to members and non-members, and you may attend a training in any region. Click here for more information and registration. ACF/AL, NAB, and Social Work credit is available! Don’t miss this great opportunity!
