DOH Re-Issues DAL Activating ACF Financial Report

Members may have noted that DOH issued the ACF Financial Report on the HCS at the beginning of October. Unfortunately, some technical issues were experienced. The problems are now resolved, and DOH has now re-posted the Dear Administrator Letter (DAL), and the Financial Report is available for completion on the HCS. The one change to note is a new DOH email address, should you have questions: ACFfinrpt@health.state.ny.us. Click here to access the DAL. If you encounter any further difficulty, please let us know.
