DOH Provides ACF NYSE-CON Companion Guide

The Department of Health (DOH) has just issued an Adult Care Facility (ACF) New York State Electronic Certificate of Need (NYSE-CON) Companion Guide. This manual was designed to provide step-by-step information on a variety of useful topics for applicants. NYSE-CON is a web-based, electronic application system that is used for submitting and processing ACF and assisted living licensure and certification applications.
