ACF QSIR Due Oct. 31st

The Department of Health (DOH) has activated the third quarter Quarterly Statistical Information Report (QSIR) on the Health Commerce System (HCS). All adult care facilities (ACFs) must submit the report, which is due Oct. 31^st. Click here for more information.
