DOH Issues Annual Cold Weather DAL for ACFs

Despite the record breaking warm weather we have been experiencing, the Department of Health (DOH) has issued their annual cold weather advisory. The letter outlines relevant regulatory requirements for adult care facilities (ACFs) and assisted living operators; as well as resources and information to assist you in taking proper precautions and ensuring resident wellbeing.
