DOH Is Accepting Comments on HCBS Final Rule Statewide Transition Plan

The Department of Health (DOH) has posted a draft of the proposed Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Final Rule Statewide Transition Plan. Comments will be accepted until Jan. 6, 2023 by email to hcbsrule@health.ny.gov or by mail to E. Palmiero, DOH OALTC, One Commerce Plaza, Suite 1624, Albany, NY 12260. LeadingAge NY will be providing comment on behalf of our members. Please provide any comments to be incorporated by Jan. 3, 2023 to Diane Darbyshire at ddarbyshire@leadingageny.org.
