DOH ACF Webinar on QA and Survey Process Now Available

The Department of Health (DOH) conducted training over the summer and fall to educate Adult Care Facilities (ACFs) regarding the Department’s expectations for conducting quality assurance (QA) within their programs. The program also discusses the ACF surveillance process and documentation tools. For those who missed the training, the Department has recorded a webinar, which is now available on the Health Commerce System (HCS), titled Achieving Sustainable Compliance and Outcomes. We urge members who missed the program to view the webinar, as it provides useful tools for you to use in your QA process and preparation for survey.
