CHRC Questions and Answers Regarding New ACF Requirement

As of Jan. 1, 2015, all Adult Care Facilities (ACFs) must conduct criminal history record checks on certain employees. We now have the Frequently Asked Questions document regarding the new requirement; click here to view.
