After COVID-Related Delays, Litigation Moves Forward Regarding Inadequacy of ACF SSP Rate

After significant delays due to COVID-19, things are finally moving with litigation regarding the inadequacy of the Congregate Care Level 3 State Supplement to the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) rate for residents of adult care facilities (ACFs). LeadingAge NY and the members who are party to the suit are in the process of compiling information.
