Adult Homes, Including ALRs, With Tiered Fee Arrangements Have Until May 15th to Make Revisions to Agreements
Adult home members, including those with assisted living residence (ALR) licensure, are reminded that any proposed revisions to residency or admission agreements necessary to comply with the Department of Health’s (DOH) tiered fee arrangement requirements are due to DOH by May 15th.
