ACFs Must Complete Quarterly Statistical Information Report by Nov. 29

With the holiday approaching, we wanted to remind ACFs to submit the second quarterly statistical information report by Nov. 29, 2013.  This requirement applies to all adult care facilities.  As outlined in the DAL, facilities with a certified bed capacity of 80 beds or more, in which twenty percent or more of the resident population are persons with serious mental illness, are also required to provide the Roster of Adult Home Residents. DOH anticipates releasing the 2012 annual census in approximately a month.
