ACF/AL Regulatory Reform on the Rise

LeadingAge NY will be a part of an effort to reform Adult Care Facility (ACF) and Assisted Living (AL) regulations, and we want your input! Providers and consumers are frustrated by the complicated ACF/AL regulatory framework, translating to various confusing options for consumers. How can we make it simple? How can we make it easier to operate? What would you like to see reformed? Do you want to see a consolidation of all the models of care, or should they continue to be separate? What changes will help you operate in the current landscape?
