ACF/AL Regulatory Reform Efforts Move Along

LeadingAge New York has been meeting with the Department of Health and other stakeholders every two to three weeks on regulatory reform. To date, the group has reviewed and developed a proposed consolidated, updated set of regualtions for Resident Funds and Valuables. This one set of regulation would apply to all types of adult care and assisted living facilities. The group is now turning to the Resident Rights sections of regulation and Residency Agreements.
