ACF QSIR Report Due Oct. 31, 2016
All adult care facilities (ACFs) are reminded that the 3rd Quarter Quarterly Statistical Information Report (QSIR) must be submitted by Oct. 31, 2016. All ACFs must complete the report. Additionally, facilities with a certified bed capacity of 80 beds or more, in which 20 percent or more of the resident population are persons with serious mental illness, are required to provide additional information. More details, including how to access the report, can be found in the Dear Administrator letter (DAL), Instructions, and Definitions resources.
