ACF Members Are Reminded of Upcoming Report Due Dates
(Jan. 27, 2026) Adult care facility (ACF) members are reminded that the ACF Quarterly Statistical Information Report (QSIR) is due Jan. 31st.
Additionally, the Quarterly Roster for adult homes must be submitted by Feb. 15th. Members are reminded that this roster reporting requirement was new last year and applies only to adult homes, including assisted living providers with adult home base licensure. The Department of Health (DOH) has not issued a Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) regarding this requirement; however, adult homes should have received an email earlier in the month from DOH that Files are Available in Your HCDMS Distribution. Please reach out if you are an adult home and did not receive any communication regarding the report.
