ACF Due Dates and Opportunity for Feedback

Below are reminders of due dates coming up for Adult Care Facilities (ACFs) and Assisted Living Programs (ALPs), as well as an opportunity for input and feedback.

• The ACF Annual Census, which also counts for the last quarter of 2014, is due on Fri., Jan. 30, 2015. Click here for more information.
• The Annual Statistical report for 2013 for licensed home care services agencies, including those that operate under ALPs, is due on Jan. 30, 2015.  Click here for more information. 
• We are eager to hear how the criminal history record check system is working for ACFs now that we have nearly a month of experience. LeadingAge New York is meeting with the Department of Health (DOH) this week and would like to provide feedback.  
• Lastly, let us know if there are other issues that you would like addressed with DOH for our upcoming meeting.
