ACF Annual Statistical Report Due Jan. 31, 2016

Adult care facility (ACF) members are reminded that Department of Health (DOH) has activated the 2015 Annual Statistical Information Report on the Health Commerce System (HCS). The report must be submitted via the HCS by Jan. 31, 2016. This report also satisfies the requirement to conduct the fourth quarterly statistical information report (QSIR); in other words, no separate QSIR will be required for the last quarter of 2015. That being said, facilities with 80 beds or more in which 20 percent or more of the population have a serious mental illness, must submit additional information, consistent with the QSIR process.

It is important to note that while different roles can enter data in the HCS, the Administrator must review the report and submit it. On a related note, members should ensure that they are now viewing 2016 DALs on the HCS now, as opposed to 2015, in the document viewer.
