ACF Annual Census Pushed Back to Summer

DOH is currently refining the new quarterly census report required by the revised adult home regulations promulgated in January.  The report will capture the information required of transitional adult homes, however all ACFs will have to complete some portion of the report.  For those that don't meet the qualifier of a transitional adult home, the process will be abbreviated.  LeadingAge New York thanks members who participated in the beta-testing of the new quarterly report, as their feedback is being applied to improve the process and work out any difficulties before it goes "live" later this month. 

DOH anticipates releasing the annual census report in the summer months.  DOH reports that they have improved this report significantly based on input received from the provider community.
