What the Heck is ICS?

The New York State Department of Health's (DOH's) Office of Health Emergency Preparedness invites all adult care facilities to participate in an introductory webinar regarding the Incident Command System (ICS).  The webinar, entitled "What the Heck is ICS?" will discuss the history of ICS, the roles and tasks assigned to each role and the value of using a standardized approach to managing an incident or event of any type.

The webinar is scheduled for June 25, 2014 1:30 – 2:30 p.m., and will be presented by Patricia Anders, M.S., MEP, manager, Health Emergency Preparedness Exercises, DOH Office of Health Emergency Preparedness. Please click here and search Course Catalog OHEP-ICS-2014 to register.
