First of Two Lower Hudson Valley HEPC IOC Drills to Be Held Nov. 16th On the day of the exercise, an IHANS notification will be issued to providers via email, cell phone call, and text directing them to a HERDS survey. Those interested in participating should be sure to assign at least one person within their facility who can respond to the notification and complete the survey.

NYC Members: Please Complete Preparedness Capabilities Survey for 2023-2024 NYC DOHMH Jurisdictional Risk Assessment NYC DOHMH has commenced its 2023-2024 Jurisdictional Risk Assessment, an assessment conducted every five years that aims to gather information about public health threats, analyze them, and identify the most important threats based on how likely they are to exceed existing City emergency response capabilities. All NYC members, regardless of service line, are urged to complete the JRA Round 1 Preparedness Capabilities Survey, which will evaluate NYC’s preparedness level as outlined by the CDC’s 15 Public Health Emergency Preparedness Capabilities.
