ACF Quarterly Statistical Information Report Due July 31st

(July 29, 2024) The Department of Health (DOH) has activated the Adult Care Facility (ACF) Quarterly Statistical Information Report (QSIR) for the second quarter of 2024. All ACFs must submit the report, and the report must be submitted via the Health Commerce System (HCS). The report is due by July 31, 2024. Failure to submit the report may result in enforcement action, including the imposition of civil penalties.
