DOH Activates 3rd Quarter QSIR for ACFs

The Department of Health (DOH) has activated the third quarter Quarterly Statistical Information Report (QSIR) for adult care facilities (ACFs) on the Health Commerce System (HCS). Members are encouraged to review the Dear Administrator Letter (DAL), Data Entry Instructions, and Definitions of Terms carefully. All ACF and assisted living providers must submit the report electronically on the HCS. Additionally, facilities with a certified bed capacity of 80 beds or more in which 20 percent or more of the resident population are persons with serious mental illness have additional reporting requirements outlined in the DAL. The report is due by Oct. 31, 2019.
