ACF QSIR Report Due April 30, 2018

The Department of Health (DOH) has activated the Quarterly Statistical Information Report (QSIR) for the first quarter of 2018. The report must be submitted on the Health Commerce System (HCS) by April 30, 2018. Failure to submit the report by this deadline may result in enforcement or civil penalties.
