Reminder That All ACFs Must Submit QSIR

(Jan. 20, 2025) The Department of Health (DOH) has issued a Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) announcing the activation of the Adult Care Facility (ACF) Quarterly Statistical Information Report (QSIR) for the fourth quarter of 2024. DOH has also issued the ACF QSIR Companion Guide to assist in completing the report. All ACFs must complete the report on the Health Commerce System (HCS) by Jan. 31, 2025.
