Update on ALP Minimum Wage Medicaid Rate Adjustment

The Department of Health (DOH) has issued notice to assisted living programs (ALPs) that it has calculated revised Medicaid ALP rates based on the minimum wage survey data received from the provider community. The revised rates have been submitted to the Division of the Budget for approval, and we hope to see the rate adjustments posted in February.
