Reminder: MRT Special Needs ALP Grant Application Deadline is July 29, 2015

The Department of Health (DOH) has extended the deadline for applications for the Medicaid Redesign Team (MRT) grant opportunity for Assisted Living Programs (ALPs) by three weeks.  The new deadline is July 29, 2015.  While the deadline is 6:00 p.m.; DOH advises attempting submission of the application on the Grants Gateway several hours earlier to ensure sufficient time and address any technical issues. Late submissions will not be accepted.
