The Assisted Living Program (ALP) OMIG Audit Protocols: Ensuring Compliance
In March, the New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG) issued new audit protocols for assisted living programs (ALPs). In an effort to ensure a common understanding of the protocols and ensure compliance, LeadingAge NY has arranged for OMIG to provide an educational session for our ALP members. Join us on Tues., Oct. 24th from 1-2 p.m. for an audio conference designed to help ALPs understand how to demonstrate compliance with the ‘new’ protocols to an OMIG auditor. The speaker (Eugene Greco, audit manager, Division of Medicaid Audit, OMIG) will provide ample time for Q&A, so let us know what questions you have.
