Release of ALP OFD Questions and Answers Expected Friday

When the Department of Health (DOH) postponed the due date for applications for the Assisted Living Program (ALP) 3400 Initiative, the anticipated date of posting of the Questions and Answers was also postponed to "on or around" Fri., May 22, 2015. We will alert members through our website and Intelligence when the information becomes available, but we encourage you to look here on Friday for any updates.  

The application submission due date is Mon., June 22, 2015, no later than 3 p.m. Late applications will not be accepted.
