New DAL Regarding ALP Eligibility

The Department of Health (DOH) issued a Dear Administrator letter (DAL) for assisted living programs (ALPs) regarding eligibility for the program. The DAL outlines some new processes regarding clinical eligibility for the program per the Uniform Assessment System (UAS) assessment, and reviews other eligibility criteria and processes.
