Healthcare Personnel Influenza Vaccination Report Deadline Extended

The Department of Health (DOH) has issued a directive announcing that they have extended the due date for the Healthcare Personnel Influenza Vaccination Report to June 30, 2020, in recognition of the time and attention the COVID-19 crisis has required.

The report was previously due by May 1, 2020 and seeks to document the number and percentage of personnel vaccinated against influenza for the current season from Oct. 1, 2019 through March 31, 2020. The report must be completed by nursing homes, hospices, and home care providers. It must also be completed for Assisted Living Program (ALP) home care staff.
