Guidance Imminent for ALP and ADHC ARPA Spending
(Aug. 6, 2024) Adult day health care (ADHC) programs and Assisted Living Programs (ALPs) eligible and approved for American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding from the Department of Health (DOH) received those funds in early July. The Department promised that it would release corresponding guidance regarding spending and reporting of the funds. Today, Aug. 6th, the Department stated that the guidance is imminent and should be posted tonight or tomorrow.
