DOH Posts 2018 ALP Medicaid Rates to Reflect Minimum Wage Adjustment

The Department of Health (DOH) has posted the Assisted Living Program (ALP) Minimum Wage Medicaid rates for the period of Jan. 1, 2018 to Dec. 31, 2018 here. Click here to view the Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) which explains the adjustment. The rates have been loaded into the eMedNY system.
