DOH Issues Further Clarifications Regarding Home Care Contracting with Managed Care

In February of this year, DOH issued a Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) providing clarifications about home health services provided under contract with managed care or managed long term care.  DOH has just issued additional guidance; the DAL can be accessed here, and the question and answer document can be accessed here.
