DOH Issues Further Clarifications for ALPs on UAS-NY

The Department of Health (DOH) has issued a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document regarding the Uniform Assessment System (UAS-NY) use in the Assisted Living Program (ALP).  We encourage ALP members to review the document closely and let us know of further questions and concerns you may have.  The Dear Administrator letter announcing the document and resources for UAS-NY questions can be accessed here, and the FAQ document here.

LeadingAge NY has an advisory group for ALP UAS-NY issues, which helps identify policy, advocacy and education issues.  The group is open to the membership; let us know if you are interested in participating.
