ALP-Specific Statistical Report Now Activated on HCS

The Department of Health (DOH) has sent a notice to Assisted Living Program (ALP) providers that the ALP-specific Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) Statistical Report is now activated on the Health Commerce System. The report must be completed by Feb. 8, 2016.
