ALP OFD Deadline Extended to Mon., June 22

The Department of Health (DOH) announced that they have postponed the due date for applications for the Assisted Living Program (ALP) 3400 Initiative. According the announcement, DOH pushes back the anticipated date for answers to questions submitted regarding the competitive application process to Fri., May 22, 2015, and the application submission to Mon., June 22, 2015, no later than 3 p.m. Late applications will not be accepted.
